United Resources Real Estate Co. K.S.C.C. (URRC) was established in 2005 as a Closed Share Holding Company initially with a paid-up capital of KD 15 Million and later increased to KD 24 Million.

Major shareholder of the company is SITCO General Trading & Contracting Co.(52%) and other reputed companies and individual investors in Kuwait. SITCO General Trading & Contracting Co. is represented in URRC Board of Directors.

URRC's core focus is real estate development and one of the prestigious project is the "OLYMPIA Mall & Towers". Being developed through Contractual Relation with Olympia Council of Asia (OCA), the project is symbol to set new standards in quality, architectural design, landscape and lifestyle.
